Our Urban Electric Guitar bag has been created for the gigging musician, who demands excellent protection for their instrument and needs to carry additional gear to a gig.
The Urban Electric Guitar bag has been designed for the travelling or commuter musician; ideal to carry whilst walking, cycling or travelling on a bus or train.
Plenty of Storage
The bags are lightweight and portable and incorporate the "Fuse-On" system, allowing a separate range of accessory bags to fit quickly and easily onto the front of the guitar bag. The padded "Fuse-on" bags have been specifically designed to carry and protect laptops, electrical leads, foot pedals and a host of personal items.
This is a hybrid gig bag or soft case that offers the best protection for your instrument without having to opt for a hard case.
Tough on the Inside
On the inside there is a 20 mm (0.79ins) lightweight high-density foam padding with shell-reinforced areas, giving added protection to delicate parts of your guitar. Rip-stop, water resistant non PVC backed material and a heavy-duty rubberised base takes care of everything on the outside.
- Rear compartment to store backpack straps, so the bag can be carried by hand without the straps hanging down and getting in the way.
- Removable padded collar, which allows various models and sizes of guitars to be carried.
- Space for smaller items to be stored, such as strings and tuners.
- Waist belt for comfort.
- Convenient grab handles when manoeuvring in tight spaces.
- Numerous pockets for accessories.
Removable internal padded collar & rain-cover included!

Perfect for my Ltd eclipse 265. Perfect material and finish.
I have a bag for my keyboard too and I am very happy with it. I will recommend it.
I'm very happy with the quality and robustness of the gig bag. Really nicely padded, and lots of pockets.
Build quality is exceptional. The guitar PRS custom 24 fits snugly into the case and I feel perfectly comfortable carrying around with me. I also feel that the guitar is safe. Maybe some more padding in the headstock area would put my paranoid mind at rest just in case there are any big hits. I only miss a little loop from which to hang the guitar case when empty (unless I am missing it of course!). I am extremely happy with my purchase. I hope it lasts me for a long time.
This seems to be a very well thought out gig bag. I'm carrying a Les Paul, a Roland GT1 effects unit, a few cables and a small guitar stand in it, enough for a gig playing through a PA or if there's an amp in place already. The zips on the outside pockets seem to be fairly light duty so I'm being very careful not to put too much in. That's my only criticism, I'd like heavier duty zips all round. I've used Portabrace bags for camera kit for the last 30 years and they have monster zips, which still very occasionally go wrong. These ones feel like they won't take much abuse, so I shall attempt not to abuse them. It's far too early to put any sort of proper review together as it will need years of use before I know if it's truly up to the job or not.
