Fusion Joins Forces With The England Band

The England Football Supporters Band have followed the England Football Team  globally, having visited more than 60 countries and every World Cup and European  Finals, that England have competed in since its creation in 1996, playing many famous songs that have become historic, football anthems including, ‘The Great Escape’ theme tune.

Media coverage has escalated since those early days, with regular full page articles in the most popular newspapers and TV appearances, with every form of media wanting to cover the band, which includes eight hardcore members playing three trumpets, three euphoniums, one trombone and one tenor drum. The partnership with Fusion Products, ties in perfectly with the new Fusion Premium  Brass Series lines of hybrid instruments cases, which the band recently put to the  test on the road to Wembley for the recent England versus Denmark game.

Band leader and trumpet player, John Hemmingham said: “The Fusion gig bags will make our lives that bit easier when travelling the country, and indeed the world, being much lighter and easier to carry than old style bags. The various pockets are amazing, and more than useful for everything that we would otherwise have to carry in a separate bag. There is no need for more than one bag now which is a real bonus.”

Fusion’s director of sales and marketing Nicole Szekeres added: “Fusion is delighted to have  the England Supporter’s Band endorse our Premium Bag, we are convinced beyond any  doubt that the construction and designs of our gig bags will offer paramount protection for the band’s brass and percussion instruments as they travel around the world, especially on the long trek to the World Cup 2014 in Brazil. Our slogan is ‘…more than a gig bag’ and we’ve spent many man hours designing high quality instruments gig bags with innovative, internal and external features, that have made  Fusion products a winner and immensely popular with musicians worldwide.”
